Although many consumers are not aware of this fact, as a consumer you have the right to decide which facility will complete your auto body repairs.  This is a decision that can not be ordered by your insurance company.  However, our establishment does participate in two insurance companies Direct Repair Programs (DRP).

All you need to do is bring the estimate with you when you come.  We honor all insurance estimates.

If the repair is an insurance claim, we can contact the insurance company that is paying for the repairs. Any additions that are needed to repair your car to the state it was in prior to the accident will be compensated in the form of a supplement. We will deal directly with the insurance company on your behalf to settle supplemental claims.  Remember the insurance company is responsible for any repairs that are accident related.

If you need a rental car just contact us and we can set it up, including billing.  There are several rental car companies within a few miles of our facility shop.  Furthermore, they give great service.  They will pick you up at our facility to rent a car and when your repairs are complete, you can leave the rental at our facility and they will pick it up.

We warranty our work for as long as you own your vehicle.  If you have any problems with the work we have completed on you car, due to a error in our work or due to a defect with the paint or parts used to repair your car, simply call us.  We are here to provide a service to you and it is our goal to not only satisfy you, but to repair your car in a manner that is trustworthy and accurate.  After all, these are the reasons we have so many loyal repeat customers.
